The Divine Presence never departs from the Western Wall
The Divine Presence still dwells at the Western Wall despite the destruction of the Temple.

הַשְּׁכִינָה עֲדַיִן נִמְצֵאת בַּכֹּתֶל הַמַּעֲרָבִי לַמְרוֹת חֻרְבַּן בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ.
