One does not divert charity from its designated purpose
Funds donated by the public for charity must not have their original purpose changed to another purpose.

אֵין לְשַׁנּוֹת אֶת יִעוּדָם שֶׁל כַּסְפֵּי צְדָקָה שֶׁנִּתְרְמוּ ע"י הַצִּבּוּר מֵהַמַּטָּרָה הַמְּקוֹרִית לְמַטָּרָה אַחֶרֶת.
