What has been done cannot be undone. It is impossible to 'turn back the wheel.'

אֶת הַנַּעֲשֶׂה אֵין לְהָשִׁיב. לֹא נִתָּן 'לְהַחֲזִיר אֶת הַגַּלְגַּל אָחוֹרָה'.
