Greater than him in wisdom and in number
A person who is wiser and also older than him.
(A court cannot annul the words of its fellow judge until there is someone greater than him in wisdom and in number. אָדָם שֶׁהוּא חָכָם יוֹתֵר וְגַם מְבֻגָּר יוֹתֵר מִמֶּנּוּ.
