Worse Than This
Worse still. Worse than that. An opening formula for introducing even more serious information.
("For it is a rebellious people'—meaning that there are those who hear the Torah of the LORD and also believe in it, and yet exchange and betray His commandments out of the lust of their heart; and there are those who deny altogether saying 'This the LORD did not command'; and this is worse; and there is yet worse than this—that he does not wish to hear the words of the Torah at all." יוֹתֵר גָּרוּעַ. גָּרוּעַ מִכָּךְ. פְּתִיחָה לְהַצָּגַת מֵידָע חָמוּר יוֹתֵר.
