Sincere proselyte/ convert by conviction
A person who is not Jewish who converted and became Jewish. A person who accepted upon himself, out of recognition and free will, the commandments of the Jewish religion, and underwent the required process of conversion including circumcision and immersion. A 'ger tzedeq' is considered Jewish in every respect.

אָדָם שֶׁאֵינוֹ יְהוּדִי שֶׁהִתְגַּיֵּר וְהָפַךְ לִיהוּדִי. אָדָם שֶׁקִּבֵּל עַל עַצְמוֹ מִתּוֹךְ הַכָּרָה וְרָצוֹן חָפְשִׁי אֶת מִצְווֹת הַדָּת הַיְּהוּדִית, וְעָבַר אֶת הֲלִיךְ הַגִּיּוּר הַנִּדְרָשׁ הַכּוֹלֵל בְּרִית מִילָה וּטְבִילָה. גֵּר צֶדֶק נֶחֱשָׁב לִיהוּדִי לְכָל דָּבָר.
