Everything is in order. Everything is conducted in the visible order (Shurah means Seder Takin, as in the Hebrew "Love corrupts the Shura", "Shurat Hadin").

הַכֹּל תַּקִּין. הַכֹּל מִתְנַהֵל בַּסֵּדֶר הָרָאוּי (שׁוּרָה מַשְׁמָע סֵדֶר תַּקִּין, כְּמוֹ בַּבִּטּוּיִים "אַהֲבָה מְקַלְקֶלֶת אֶת הַשּׁוּרָה", "שׁוּרַת הַדִּין").
