Who learns in order to teach will be able both to learn and to teach
Whoever desires to learn so that he may be able to share knowledge with others and to divide with them his understandings merits assistance from the supreme providence.
("Rabbi Yishmael beno Omer said: The one who learns from a manna to teach has the ability to learn and to teach, and the one who learns from a manna to do has the ability to learn and to teach, to keep and to do." - Avot 4:6)

מִי שֶׁרוֹצֶה לִלְמֹד כְּדֵי שֶׁיּוּכַל לְשַׁתֵּף אֲחֵרִים בַּיֶּדַע וְלַחֲלֹק אִתָּם אֶת יְדִיעוֹתָיו זוֹכֶה לְסִיּוּעַ לְכָךְ מֵהַהַשְׁגָּחָה הָעֶלְיוֹנָה.
