He Who Starves is Sated, He Who Satisfies is Hungry
He who 'starves' his impulse is indeed 'sated' and freed from the pursuit of his desires. He who is always busy satisfying his impulse will always remain hungry for additional satisfactions.

מִי שֶׁ'מַרְעִיב' אֶת יִצְרוֹ- הֲרֵי שֶׁהוּא 'שֶׁבַע' וּמְשֻׁחְרָר מֵהָרְדִיפָה אַחַר תַּאֲווֹתָיו. מִי שֶׁתָּמִיד עָסוּק בִּלְסַפֵּק אֶת יִצְרוֹ, הֲרֵי שֶׁהוּא תָּמִיד יִשָּׁאֵר רָעֵב לְסִפּוּקִים נוֹסָפִים.
