עָשָׂה הַפְלָיָה בֵּין סוּג אֲנָשִׁים עַל פִּי גִּזְעָם. שָׁפַט אוֹ קָבַע עֶמְדָּה עַל פִּי הִתְיַחֲסוּת לְמוֹצָאוֹ אוֹ לְמַעֲמָדוֹ שֶׁל הָאָדָם. נָקַט מְדִינִיּוּת שֶׁל "אֵיפָה וְאֵיפָה".
