The sea takes in abundance and gives in abundance
The sea receives abundance and gives abundance (Today it receives into itself all the rivers that flow into it and gives abundance of fish and the like).
("For in a few days they will be cleansed - two are taken in a few days and given in a few days, and these are they: water and a kingdom.
