Left-handed person. Someone who uses their left hand more skillfully than their right. (According to Radak, "itter" means "closed," as in Psalms 69:16.)

("And the children of Israel cried unto the Lord, and the Lord raised them up a deliverer, Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite, a man left-handed" – Judges 3:15, referring to Judge Ehud ben Gera.)
