Woe to the wicked, woe to his neighbor!
Evil befalls the wicked and also his neighbor. The neighbor of the wicked may suffer from the consequences of the wicked person’s actions.

רַע לְרָשָׁע וְרַע לַשָּׁכֵן הַגָּר בְּקִרְבָתוֹ. שְׁכֵנוֹ שֶׁל הָרָשָׁע עָלוּל לִסְבֹּל מִתּוֹצְאוֹת מַעֲשָׂיו שֶׁל הָרָשָׁע.
