Be clean of hand! / Be clear of sin!
One should beware of any action that may arouse suspicion of dishonesty or deceit. A warning to maintain cleanliness of hands and proper conduct.

יֵשׁ לְהִישָּׁמֵר מִמַּעֲשֶׂה שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ לְעוֹרֵר חֲשָׁד שֶׁל חֹסֶר יֹשֶׁר אוֹ מִרְמָה. אַזְהָרָה לִשְׁמֹר עַל נִקְיוֹן כַּפַּיִם וּמִנְהָל תַּקִּין.
