A term for the biblical account of the Israelites' departure from the land of Egypt under the leadership of Moses our teacher.
("You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month of Aviv, for in the month of Aviv you came out of Egypt" - Exodus 34:18, and likewise: "The Exodus from Egypt is mentioned at night. Rabbi Elazar ben Azariah said: Behold, I am like a man of seventy years, and I did not merit that the Exodus from Egypt be mentioned at night" - Berakhot 1:5)

כִּינּוּי לַסִּיפּוּר הַמִּקְרָאִי עַל יְצִיאַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בְּהַנְהָגַת מֹשֶׁה רַבֵּינוּ.
