אַזְהָרָה לַדַּיָּן שֶׁלֹּא יִשְׁמַע מִפִּי בַּעַל דִּין עַד שֶׁיְּהֵא בַּעַל דִּינוֹ עִמּוֹ
אָסוּר לַשּׁוֹפֵט לִשְׁמֹעַ טַעֲנוֹת צַד אֶחָד בִּלְבַד בַּמִּשְׁפָּט מִבְּלִי שֶׁיִּהְיֶה נוֹכֵחַ בְּאוֹתוֹ הָרֶגַע גַּם הַצַּד הַשֵּׁנִי.
