A public expression of opinion. An explicit or implicit declaration of will or opinion.

("He said to her: Between the Rabbis and Rabbi Eliezer, the intent is a revelation of his opinion—revealed" - Eruvin 26b, and similarly: "Because of the bundles, one may not use them in doubt, and what is a revelation of opinion here is that there is no desire to use them" - Rashi on Bava Metzia 43a, and also: "But not with noise nor with anger.
