גּוֹי וְעוֹסֵק בַּתּוֹרָה כְּכֹהֵן גָּדוֹל
בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: עֵרֶךְ לִמּוּד הַתּוֹרָה כָּל כָּךְ חָשׁוּב עַד שֶׁיָּכוֹל לְהַעֲלוֹת אֶת הָאָדָם לְדַרְגָּה גְּבוֹהָה בְּיוֹתֵר.

The value of Torah study is so great that it can elevate a person to an exceedingly high level.
("From where [do we know] that even a Gentile who engages in Torah is like a High Priest? The Talmud says (Vayikra 18): 'Whoever does them shall live by them'—‘them’ refers to priests, Levites, and Israelites; it does not say 'except a person.' You have learned that even a Gentile who engages in Torah is like a High Priest!" - Bava Kamma 37a. Similarly: "R. Meir used to say: From where do we know that even a Gentile who engages in Torah...
