הָרוֹצֶה שֶׁיַּחְכִּים יַעֲסֹק בְּדִינֵי מָמוֹנוֹת
הַמְּעֻנְיָן לִהְיוֹת חָכָם אוֹ לְשַׁפֵּר אֶת יְכֹלֶת הַחֲשִׁיבָה שֶׁלּוֹ שֶׁיִּלְמַד דִּינֵי מָמוֹנוֹת אוֹ דִּינֵי קִנְיָן שֶׁיֵּשׁ בָּהֶם קֹשִׁי מְיֻחָד וּמִצְּרִיכוֹת שִׁקּוּל דַּעַת מַעֲמִיק (מָמוֹן מַשְׁמָע כֶּסֶף) .

The desire to be wise or to improve one's ability to calculate means that one should learn the laws of wealth or the laws of property, which have unique difficulties and require in-depth knowledge (wealth means money).
