הוֹדָאַת בַּעַל דִּין כְּמֵאָה עֵדִים דָּמִי
הוֹדָאָה שֶׁל צַד לַמִּשְׁפָּט אוֹ שֶׁל נֶאֱשָׁם בָּאַשְׁמָה אוֹ בְּעֻבְדָּה מְסֻיֶּמֶת שָׁוָה כְּמוֹ עֵדוּת שֶׁל הַרְבֵּה עֵדִים בַּנּוֹשֵׂא. הַסְכָּמָה שֶׁל בַּעַל דִּין לְעֻבְדָּה מְסֻיֶּמֶת הִנֵּה בַּעֲלַת מִשְׁקָל מִשְׁפָּטִי רַב עֵרֶךְ, וּמְיַתֶּרֶת שְׁמִיעַת עֵדִים בַּנּוֹשֵׂא.
