There is always the possibility that a person may cause harm or make mistakes. Alternatively: a person is always accountable and must bear responsibility for the consequences of their actions.

יֶשְׁנָהּ תָּמִיד אֶפְשָׁרוּת שֶׁל גְּרִימַת נֶזֶק אוֹ עֲשִׂיַּת טָעוּיוֹת עַל יְדֵי כָּל אָדָם. אוֹ: הָאָדָם תָּמִיד בַּר עֲנִישָׁה וְהוּא מֻזְהָר מִתּוֹצְאוֹת מַעֲשָׂיו.
