Blessed is He Who Opens the Eyes of the Blind
Blessed is God who in His ability grants the blind the power of sight. It is a joyful expression used when a person feels that now he understands things he did not understand before.

בָּרוּךְ הָאֵל שֶׁבִּיכָלְתּוֹ לָתֵת לְעִוְּרִים יְכֹלֶת רְאִיָּה. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: קְרִיאַת שִׂמְחָה שֶׁל אָדָם שֶׁמַּרְגִּישׁ שֶׁכָּעֵת הוּא מֵבִין דְּבָרִים שֶׁלֹּא הֵבִין בֶּעָבָר.
