Blessed is He Who Remembers the Forgotten, Blessed is He Who Reminds of the Forgotten
Blessed is God, who knows and remembers everything that has ever been in the world and has been forgotten by human beings. Figuratively: an exclamation of joy upon recalling something that had been forgotten (originally part of a blessing recited on Rosh Hashanah).

בָּרוּךְ הָאֵל שֶׁיּוֹדֵעַ וְזוֹכֵר כָּל מֶה הָיָה בָּעוֹלָם וְנִשְׁכַּח מִבְּנֵי הָאָדָם. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: קְרִיאַת שִׂמְחָה כְּשֶׁנִּזְכָּרִים בְּמַשֶּׁהוּ שֶׁנִּשְׁכַּח (בַּמָּקוֹר: חֵלֶק מִבִּרְכָּהּ שֶׁהָיְתָה נֶאֱמֶרֶת בְּרֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה).
