By the mercies of the LORD upon him
Through the merit of the LORD’s mercies and goodness shown on his behalf.

בִּזְכוּת הַחֲסָדִים וְהַטּוֹבָה שֶׁה' עָשָׂה לְמַעֲנוֹ.
