He explained to him that the path of the Torah is to walk in the paths of pleasure and its goal is to bring peace.

פִּתְגָּם לְפִיו דֶּרֶךְ הַתּוֹרָה הִנָּהּ לָלֶכֶת בְּדַרְכֵי נֹעַם וּמַטְּרָתָהּ הֲבָאַת שָׁלוֹם.
