Good to Heaven and to People
The God-fearing person is not only careful about "the commandments between a person and his place" but also about "the commandments between a person and his friend" in the same way.
("They said (Isaiah 3:1) The righteous is good, for they shall eat the fruit of their labors - and why is there a righteous man who is good, and there is a righteous man who is not good? But, good for heaven and for mankind - this is a good righteous man, good for heaven and evil for mankind - this is a righteous man who is not good" - Kiddushin 4:1)

יָרֵא שָׁמַיִם הַמַּקְפִּיד לֹא רַק עַל "מִצְווֹת שֶׁבֵּין אָדָם לַמָּקוֹם" אֶלָּא גַּם עַל "מִצְווֹת שֶׁבֵּין אָדָם לַחֲבֵרוֹ" בְּאוֹתָהּ הַהַקְפָּדָה.
