הַדָּבָר שֶׁטּוֹב לְמַעַן כְּלַל הַצִּיבּוּר. הָאִינְטֵרֵס שֶׁל הַצִּיבּוּר כֻּולּוֹ לְהַבְדִּיל מִקְּבוּצָה קְטַנָּה שֶׁבּוֹ.
