You shall meditate therein day and night
I am commanded to study the Torah constantly. In the question: You shall be diligent in your study. You shall think about it all the time.

צִיוּוּי עַל לִמּוּד מַתְמִיד שֶׁל הַתּוֹרָה. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: תִּשְׁקֹד עַל לִמּוּדְךָ. תַּחֲשֹׁב עַל כָּךְ כָּל הַזְּמַן.
