Let no person utter an unseemly word from his mouth

הגדרה (אנגלית)

A person must not defile his speech or say coarse and indecent things. One should adopt a manner of speaking free from curses, slander, and lies.

(As Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi said: Never should a person utter an unseemly word from his mouth, for Scripture altered eight letters and did not utter an unseemly word, as it is said (Genesis 7): "of the clean animal and of the animal that is not clean" (it is written "not clean" instead of "impure") - Pesachim 3a)
