אֲנָחָה שׁוֹבֶרֶת חֲצִי גּוּפוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם
אַנְחוֹת הַיֵּאוּשׁ שֶׁמַּשְׁמִיעַ הָאָדָם מְעַיְּפוֹת אוֹ מַתִּישׁוֹת אֶת כּוֹחוֹ הַנַּפְשִׁי. פִּתְגָּם נֶגֶד הַיֵּאוּשׁ.
