בֵּין כָּךְ וּבֵין כָּךְ, בֵּין כֵּה וְכָּה
בְּכָל מִקְרֶה. בְּכָל אַחַת מֵהָאֶפְשָׁרוּיוֹת. כָּךְ אוֹ אֲחֵרָה. אוֹ: בֵּין לְבֵּין. בֵּין דָּבָר זֶה לְדָבָר אַחֵר.
