יְשׁוּעוֹת וְנֶחָמוֹת
בְּרָכָה וְאִיחוּל לְסִיּוּם הַבְּעָיוֹת.

A blessing and wish for the end of troubles.
("Then our mouths will be filled with laughter" (Psalm 126:2), and many such deliverances and consolations which the Holy One, blessed be He, has promised us.
