יוֹם חַג שֵׁנִי הַנִּמְשָׁךְ בִּרְצִיפוּת רַק מִחוּץ לָאָרֶץ. ע"פ הַהֲלָכָה בְּחוּץ לָאָרֶץ יֵשׁ לַחְגֹּג אֶת הַחַג יוֹם נוֹסָף. בְּעִקְבוֹת כָּךְ עוֹרְכִים אֶת לֵיל הַסֵּדֶר בְּחוּץ לָאָרֶץ פְּעָמִים בִּרְצִיפוּת.

A second holiday day that continues consecutively only outside the Land of Israel. According to halakhah, outside the Land there is an extra day of the festival to observe. As a result, the Passover Seder night in the Diaspora is sometimes observed on consecutive nights.
