There is nothing that stands before saving a life
Nothing is more important than the value of saving a human life. Saving a life and the value of human life take precedence over everything else.

אֵין דָּבָר יוֹתֵר חָשׁוּב מֵהָעֵרֶךְ שֶׁל הַצָּלַת חַיֵּי אָדָם. פִּקּוּחַ נֶפֶשׁ וְעֵרֶךְ חַיֵּי הָאָדָם חָשׁוּב מִכָּל דָּבָר.
