If they are not prophets, they are the children of prophets
A saying in praise of the people of Israel, meaning that even if they themselves are not prophets, they are at least descendants of prophets.

פִּתְגָּם בְּשֶׁבַח עַם יִשְׂרָאֵל שֶׁגַּם אִם הֵם עַצְמָם אֵינָם נְבִיאִים, הֲרֵי שֶׁהֵם לְפָחוֹת צֶאֱצָאֵי הַנְּבִיאִים.
