Figuratively: living a life of comfort and luxury in the diaspora. A term used for a Jew living outside the State of Israel, because he prefers the comfort there over life in the Land of Israel.

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: חַי חַיֵּי רְוָוחָה וּמוֹתָרוֹת בַּגּוֹלָה. כִּינּוּי הַמְּיֻוחָס לִיהוּדִי הַמִּתְגּוֹרֵר מִחוּץ לִמְדִינַת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִכֵּיוָן שֶׁהוּא מַעֲדִיף אֶת הַנּוֹחוּת שָׁם עַל פְּנֵי הַחַיִּים בָּאָרֶץ.
