הגדרה (אנגלית)

One who is limited in his ability to understand. He cannot comprehend or learn.

(Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi said: All the days of the poor are bad—this (person) whose understanding is narrow; and the one whose mind is broad, always joyful—this whose understanding is wide" - Bava Batra 78b.
