אִלְמָלֵא מוֹרָאָהּ שֶׁל מַלְכוּת אִישׁ אֶת רֵעֵהוּ חַיִּים בְּלָעוֹ
אִלְמָלֵא הַפַּחַד מֵעֹנֶשׁ עַל יְדֵי רָשׁוּיוֹת אֲכִיפַת הַחֹק הָיוּ בְּנֵי הָאָדָם 'טוֹרְפִים' זֶה אֶת זֶה. בִּזְכוּת שִׁלְטוֹן הַחֹק אֲנָשִׁים לֹא מַזִּיקִים אֵלּוּ לְאֵלּוּ וְיֵשׁ סֵדֶר חֲבֶרְתִּי תַּקִּין.
