יָדַיִים עַסְקָנִיּוֹת הֵן
בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: דַּרְכָּן שֶׁל יָדַיִים לָגַעַת וּלְמַשֵּׁשׁ.

("The sages say: A person may sleep in tefillin for an incidental nap, but not for a fixed sleep... One who comes to sleep by day may, if he wishes, remove them; if he wishes, keep them on.
