The law and justice must be enforced at any cost, without regard for their consequences. A term for the strict enforcement of law and justice in every detail, with no compromises and no consideration for the harsh outcomes that may result. An expression denoting a rigid, uncompromising stance that does not take specific circumstances into account (literally: let the law make a hole in the mountain).
