A wise person knows how to anticipate in advance the outcomes of actions or the possible course of events.

אָדָם חָכָם יוֹדֵעַ לִצְפּוֹת מֵרֹאשׁ אֶת תּוֹצְאוֹת הַמַּעֲשֶׂה, אוֹ אֶת הִשְׁתַּלְשְׁלוּתָם הָאֶפְשָׁרִית שֶׁל מַהֲלַךְ הָאֵרוּעִים.
