אִם אֵין שָׁלוֹם אֵין כְּלוּם
בְּהֶעְדֵּר שָׁלוֹם לֹא נִתָּן לֵהָנוֹת מִשּׁוּם דָּבָר. הַשָּׁלוֹם שָׁקוּל כְּנֶגֶד הַכֹּל. אִם אֵין שָׁלוֹם אֵין הֲנָאָה מִשְּׁאָר הַדְּבָרִים שֶׁבָּעוֹלָם.
